1. Single document

Our single purchase option provides a cost-effective way to access our rich editor and eSignature service while only paying $4.99 for the document you need. 

With this plan, you can either:

  • Customize a document created from a LegalZoom template and send it for e-signature or
  • Upload your .pdf or .docx document and send it for e-signature

This purchase includes the following features: 

  • A rich editor to customize the document you created using a LegalZoom form template, including adding text, tables, and images (editing is not currently supported for user-uploaded documents)
  • Ability to add as many signers as you need to your document before sending it for electronic signature (check the eSignature consumption terms mentioned below)
  • Real-time signature tracking to monitor pending and completed signatures
  • Secure cloud storage to easily manage your documents online 

When and how an eSignature is counted in a single document purchase

  • This purchase allows you to add multiple signers to your document and send it to them to sign electronically. 
  • Once all the signers have added their signatures to your document, your single document purchase will be considered complete. 
  • If all signers have not signed the document, you can cancel it, make edits (if it’s a LegalZoom form), and resend, all within the same single document purchase.  
  • If you delete the document or any assigned signer declines to sign it, your single document purchase will be considered complete.
  • If your single document purchase is complete, but you wish to continue using our Forms and eSign features, you can buy the single document option again or subscribe to our monthly or annual plans.  

2. Forms & eSign monthly/annual plan

Monthly plan: $14.99 per month, billed monthly

Annual plan: $10.75 per month, billed annually at $129

  • Real-time signature tracking
  • Secure cloud storage for your documents
  • A rich editor to customize any of 150+ legal form templates by adding text, tables, and images

Note:
Once all your signers have added their electronic signatures, you won’t be able to make further edits to the document.
