Reviewing transactions is an essential part of bookkeeping. It helps to keep a check on business income and expenses. To help you prepare for tax time, categorize your business transactions using our predefined list of income and expense categories. Each category has a description of what it represents.
You will find transactions that need review in the Review Transactions widget.
- Select the Review now button - You'll be taken to a page of transactions that you need to review and assign as either a Business or Personal transaction. If you assign a transaction as Business, you can select an expense/income category from the category dropdown.
- Once you have reviewed the information on the transaction select the Confirm button. This will add transactions to your transaction table on the transaction page
- Reviewed Transactions will appear either under Business or Personal on the transaction page.
