Here are the status of the proposals and their meaning:
- Sent: These are proposals that have been sent to your client.
- Active: If a proposal has the 'active' status, this indicates that your client has either paid the deposit and/or electronically signed the proposal for approval.
- You can also manually mark a proposal as approved. Select the three-dot ellipsis menu next to the proposal on the Proposal table and then select Mark as approved. This will set the proposal to Active status.
- Declined: You can manually mark a proposal as declined if your client doesn’t accept the terms/services indicated on the proposal.
- Void: These are proposals that have been voided. If you void a proposal, this will update the proposal on your client’s side as well if you have sent the proposal to your client. The proposal will no longer be viewable by their client if it has been voided.
- Note that if a deposit on a proposal is paid by your client through the Pay Now button using the Stripe connection, you’ll not be able to void the proposal.
