How do I turn off the ‘Pay Now’ button on an invoice?
Navigate to the Customize menu from an invoice or a proposal.
Select payment settings.
Toggle off the debit/credit and/or ACH payment options.
Save the changes.
How do I give my client a refund on an Invoice?
You can refund your client on an Invoice through your Stripe account. We don’t have this capability available in LZ Books.
How do I calculate Sales Tax on an Invoice?
Currently, we don't support the automatic generation of sales taxes on our invoices. You’ll need to calculate the sales tax manually and then add it as a line item on the invoice.
Can the software automatically email recurring monthly invoices?
Currently, we don’t have this functionality available on invoices.
