# Tracking documents via email notifications

LegalZoom eSignature service provides real-time email notifications to the sender about the document’s progress. Additionally, both the sender and the signer receive an email notification when the document is signed by all parties, including a [downloadable attachment](https://help.legalzoom.com/docs/downloading-the-signed-document) of the signed document.
