After subscribing to the eSignature plan, you can find your plan and billing information in two ways:

1. In your LegalZoom account, go to your profile at the top-right corner of the page. Under Subscriptions, you can view your Forms & eSign subscription.

2. Refer to your original confirmation email, which contains your plan details, billing information, and receipt.

Yes, you can change your existing plan from your LegalZoom account. You can also call our support team at (800) 773-0888, Mon-Fri 5 a.m.-7 p.m. PT. for any queries regarding changing your plan.

Yes, our monthly/yearly eSign plans and the yearly Forms & eSign unlimited plan renew automatically, but renewal rates are subject to change. If you choose to change your existing plan, your automatic renewal date will reset to the new subscription period from the date of your most recent purchase.

Yes, you can cancel your Forms & eSign subscription from your LegalZoom account. You can also call us at (800) 773-0888, Mon-Fri 5 a.m.-7 p.m. PT. if you have any questions about canceling your subscription.

Our Forms and eSign products and plans are covered by our LZ Guarantee. Keep in mind that if you purchase our Forms & eSign: Unlimited Plan subscription, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, but note that no refunds are available once you generate a form for download.
