Moving multiple documents to a folder

Follow these steps to move documents into a folder in bulk:

  1. Log in to your LegalZoom account.
  2. Go to Documents in the left navigation bar.
  3. Click eSignature under it.
  4. Go to the All files section.
  5. Choose the documents you want to move to a folder by clicking the Checkbox on the left side of the row. You can also view the number of documents you have selected.
  6. Click the Move to folder option below All files.
  7. Select the folder where you want to place the document.
  8. Click Move

The documents will be successfully moved to the selected folder.

In the eSignature dashboard, click the Move to folder button after selecting one or more documents.
